You arrived at this course with passion and analysis. You leave with a plan — a specific, researched, strategically grounded plan with targets, allies, resources, tactics, and backlash preparations. That is the distance between wanting to change the world and knowing how to start.
What You Built
Over five modules, you produced a complete strategic planning package:
Module 1: Issue Identification — You narrowed from a broad problem to a specific, actionable issue. You applied the four-part test (winnable, deeply felt, builds power, credible claim) and drafted an issue brief with a concrete ask, decision-maker, timeline, and affected community.
Module 2: Strategy Level — You analyzed your issue across three levels — micro (supporting individuals), mezzo (building collective power), and macro (changing systems) — and identified where your movement has gaps that need filling.
Module 3: The Power Map — You built a complete power map: identified the decision-maker, placed every relevant actor on the Spectrum of Allies, applied the Three Faces of power, and traced the relationships that reveal leverage points.
Module 4: Resource & Coalition Assessment — You mapped your organizational assets across six categories, assessed potential coalition partners, conducted a gap analysis, and evaluated the opposition's strengths and vulnerabilities.
Module 5: Strategy Selection — You selected your strategic approach (inside, outside, or both), identified leverage points, designed a tactical sequence, planned for backlash, and produced a complete Strategic Action Plan.
